Margie says: “My brown butter chocolate chip skillet cookie is the perfect easy pudding when you have friends visiting. Serve it hot from the oven with scoops of ice cream or leave it to cool, which produces a perfect cookie that’s soft and chewy on the inside and features delicious, crispy edges. It’s so good!”

Brownie Bites

Margie says: “I’ve been making these brownie bites for nearly a decade and I just think they are  the very best. They were originally based on a Nigella Lawson recipe and let’s face it, if it’s good enough for Nigella, it’s good enough for me! The white chocolate chunks make every bite so delicious, which brings me to my top tip; I highly recommend using a good quality white chocolate bar and cutting it into chunks – it’s so much better than using chips…!”
