It's expertly hand-woven from grey rattan, which is made from a type of palm tree called calamus rotang - a frost-resistant material that looks like bamboo but has a solid inner core, making it more sturdy and durable. This natural material allows it to blend inconspicuously into the garden while sitting on its black metal stand.

Hosepipe bans are less of a concern with the 200-litre capacity of this water butt, which gives enough space to hold water to see you through many summer evenings of watering the plants. Each one is unique thanks to the individuality of the hand-crafting process, and a recycled black plastic inner keeps it watertight. Ideal for pairing with our Kingscote Rattan Planters, this water butt will naturally change colour as it weathers in, truly becoming part of the garden.
