Maintain your upholstery by regularly vacuuming with a soft brush attachment or handheld brush. For spills, gently blot immediately with a clean, soft, absorbent cloth.

Creases or displaced filling caused by shipping can be easily smoothed and redistributed.
It is important to react quickly when dealing with a spillage. Large amounts of water will harm its surface, absorb any wet stains swiftly with a clean dry cloth, pressing down not rubbing.
This is not an engineered product and is hand finished throughout - there is a tolerance of +/- 3cm for all items.

Because of their texture, fabrics tend to harbor dust, especially within their horizontal surfaces. We recommend that you regularly vacuum using a soft upholstery nozzle or use a soft brush.

Velvets are prone to visual shade differences due to the pile being sat in different directions, and depending on the light direction, velvets can look different shades within the same piece of fabric. Every care is taken to ensure your velvet is cut from the same batch throughout your order for consistency, however, this cannot be guaranteed on subsequent orders.

Please note: Kindly ensure access points are spacious enough to accommodate larger furniture pieces and check all dimensions carefully before purchase.

General Tips:
Avoid Direct Sunlight
It’s always best to keep your sofa away from direct sunlight to avoid the risk of your fabric/leather fading. Prolonged exposure (e.g. in conservatories) can cause some fabric fibres to break down and become weak, damaging the fabric over time.
Avoid Fires and Radiators
Don’t place your furniture close to open fires or radiators.
Avoid Sharp Objects
All materials are vulnerable to snagging from sharp objects such as buckles, rings, and pets' claws.

Handcrafted to order in the UK, the Elmore Ottoman is designed to complement the Elmore Sofas and Loveseat. Built on a solid hardwood frame with turned wooden legs, it offers lasting strength alongside timeless style. A fibre-filled seat provides supportive, comfortable seating.

Upholstered in 100% cotton velvet, the fabric will naturally shade as the pile moves with use. Gentle brushing will help maintain its appearance, and colour may vary slightly depending on lighting and pile direction. We aim to use the same fabric batch within each order, though this cannot be guaranteed for future purchases. Professional cleaning is recommended.

Delivered made to order, the final step is simply attaching the screw-on legs. Please check dimensions and access before purchase.
