We have teamed up with the Mixologist, Tom Hollywood, from Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons at the Belmond Hotel for a cocktail masterclass. With Le Manoir's beautiful setting, roaring fires and wonderful decor, it really does capture that warmth of Christmas. Tom has given us a lesson in making the cocktail of the season. A sure way to impress your guests.
Shake the first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Fine strain into a tumbler, or glass of your choice.
Top up with Fever Tree Ginger ale.
Garnish with an orange disc.
For the final flourish, atomize with Capreolus Chestnut Barrel aged Apple Eau de Vie.
