Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. The website was easy to negotiate. The seat cushions were just as described although on unpacking, each cushion was individually packed in an extremely dusty/dirty plastic bag. I understand that this was probably from storage - these cushions were in your sale - but my immediate response was disappointing. However, the cushions were perfect and just what we required.
The Boot Jack looks good and will be just what is needed to help remove those muddy wellingtons! Simple design but good.
The Wall Mounted Rotating Soap - just as I had hoped for! I haven’t fixed it to the wall yet as awaiting for for my husband! This soap brings back childhood holidays abroad & being fascinated with the soap, so thank you! The fragrance of the soap is not exactly as I imagined (almond) but pleasant enough.
