Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: In early December, I ordered the garden barometer and clock but the matching Thermometer was out of stock. By mid-December the thermometer became available online, I ordered it immediately and telephoned Garden Trading's Customer Service to see if this latest order could be added to the one already in progress, with imminent dispatch. Fran in Customer Services was just excellent. Friendly and helpful, she was concerned that an alteration now could possibly delay the whole order which she wanted to avoid. She 'worked her magic' and added the item to the current order. All 3 items arrived together, well packaged and in time for Christmas. This was a Christmas present for my partner and he is delighted with them. All 3 are working perfectly and look really lovely on the outside wall of our house. The dials are clear and easy to read from a distance. Simple, neat design. Great company, great customer service.

A little bit disappointing that there is no printed Manufacturer's Guarantee and no Terms and Conditions which, from my telephone conversation, has to be taken from your website. I do not have a printer to print out this so will have to tell my friend the Guarantee is on your website. Other than that its a 5 from me. Jane

I was expecting delivery within 5 working days and it was actually 8 (10 days) so I missed a birthday but the recipient was still pleased despite the present being late. I was kept well informed of my delivery once it was on it's way.

Service: We bought a few items to brighten up our decking area - barometer, thermometer, stone candle holders and slate bunting - all good quality and look great. Unfortunately the thermometer mechanism wasn't working but this was replaced in very quick time without any fuss. Thank you. Highly recommended
