Please ensure all measurements are double-checked to confirm your chosen item will fit comfortably in your intended space. This includes checking access routes, doorways, stairwells, and lifts. Sofas, armchairs, and ottomans are delivered with the feet packed separately to allow for easier movement.

Prolonged exposure (e.g. in conservatories) can cause some fabric fibres to break down and become weak, damaging the fabric over time. Don't place your furniture close to open fires or radiators. All materials are vulnerable to snagging from sharp objects such as buckles, rings, and pets' claws. Avoid cleaning different parts of your sofa separately as this may cause slight colour changes. We always recommend cleaning all items at once. Saddle soap, cleaning solvents, furniture polish, oils, waxes, abrasive cleaners, stain removers, and any silicone or ammonia-based products should never be used on your furniture. Whilst scratch remover can be effective, always pre-test it in a less obvious spot, the back or under a cushion.

Meticulously crafted, it rests on a solid hardwood frame, glued and traditionally dowelled, backed by a 15-year guarantee to ensure lasting strength. Polished turned legs add a subtle sculptural touch, grounding the piece while enhancing its timeless presence.

The Ottoman’s fibre-filled seat creates a feel that is both supportive and effortlessly inviting. Upholstered in a sumptuous blend of cotton, viscose, and linen, the cream weave naturally varies in shade and texture, giving each piece depth and character.

Made to order, the final step on delivery is simply attaching the Ottoman’s screw-on legs. Please check all dimensions carefully before purchase and ensure that access points are wide enough to accommodate the Ottoman. Professional cleaning is highly recommended to maintain the fabric’s finish.
