Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The plugs on all of our Festoon Lights are larger than a standard UK plug size.
We can supply a free of charge EU adaptor for any light that comes with a UK plug. To ensure you get one, please email our customer services team at customerservices@gardentrading.co.uk with your order number.
The bulbs in our Festoon lights are not replaceable, however one bulb or just a single LED dying will not affect the rest of the chain. The lifespan of this product is around 5000 hours.
These sets cannot be fiited to one another and another set would therefore require its own power supply.

Product LAFE05: These light sets are a premium price. The lights are quite sophisticated with several leds per bulb which gives a good glow. The fittings are good quality and should last. I’m disappointed that, despite lifestyle photos showing them in large outdoor spaces, they have to be plugged in inside and the distance from plug to first bulb is only 3m - so will be too short for many people’s ideal positioning which is a design fault for a premium price light set.
