You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product LAHP08: We had installed 6 outdoor lights from this supplier then a year later added a 7th light, the purchase of which has generated this review. The lights were all of high quality and look great (St Ives Ships Lights and one Bulkhead light) but I do wonder if Garden Trading had ever attempted a trial fit? The St Ives lights are designed to fit on an external wall, and most houses are brick which is an uneven surface. The light is attached to a backplate made from plastic which has two captive small bolts projecting forward and the light is secured by two dome nuts and washers. The problem is that these bolts are very small and because of the use of domed nuts they are a very short. Fitting the backplate is straightforward but against brick, the captive bolts can slip back, and so you need to "tease" them out and try to get nut and washer on before they slip back again! The bolts needs to bigger and properly secured in the backplate, and longer, with a spacer to be fitted behind the domed nuts. Once you have got them on and reduced you blood pressure, they do look great!
