Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. I loved all the items but was disappointed that the salt spoon does not actually fit inside the glass jar when you have any salt in it! luckily I had a smaller wooden spoon that I could use. Like the look of the lamps but not ready to use them yet and the honey pot is a gift but very lightweight when compared to the salt pot)

Product LAHP32: Not easy to fix as these lamps are not compatible with conduit systems and the cable has to come out of the back of the fitting. Not possible to bring out a flying flex.

Product LAHP30: I'm not sure about the quality. The image on web differs to product - it looks more silvery and less robust and the join between the arm or stand and head looks a bit poor with gaps. Thankfully using them inside but I'd be nervous of exposing them to the elements.
