Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The price includes a single pole, split into two lengths that slot into each other to gain the full height of 245cm.
The diameter of the pole itself is 2.2cm, however the very end of the pole that goes into the ground is flattened to create an arrow-like point. The widest part of that arrow is 3.1cm.
The full height once in the ground is 245cm.
