Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 7-10 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. After a few uses two of the top bars came loose from the side of the area. On checking the dryer it is obvious that one of the side poles is warped and the nail that goes through the pole to hold the dowell in place is loose.
Very poor workmanship.
It the item wasn't so big we would have returned it for a refund, however, the postage would be more that what we paid for the item.
My mum had a two sided dryer and used it every week for 60 years and the dryer remained intact and never warped. Excellent workmanship!

Service: I had to ring to order as the website wasn't processing my payment. The woman I spoke with was really helpful and processed my payment for me. Delivery was quick and I am really pleased with the product. I am waiting for another item to come back into stock and will order from them again when it does!
Product ZIDR01: As stated previously it was of poor quality, there were pencil and black marks on the product and the packaging was coming apart.

Service: With both orders they never had the product I wanted available for deolivery right away, I had to wait several weeks for them to get it in stock and then for delivery to be made. However they said so on the website before I chose to make my order and even though they didn't have it in stock they allowed me to place my order with them. Nog a lot of companies would allow that, not even Amazon.
