Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product FUOA08: I looked at several towel ladders but decided on this one as it was pure oak, I wanted a really good quality one as buying cheaper just means an inferior product and I want mine to last. I have to say the towel ladder is of really good quality, the oak is a beautiful colour and will fit perfectly in my bathroom, it is quite heavy but being oak it would be, there are suction cups at the base so ideal for a tiled floor, also at the top of the ladder to save damaging the wall. Overall I am really pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend.
Service: Item arrived quickly, was well packaged and I was updated right to the hour of when my parcel would arrive, I ordered the Hambledon towel ladder and a couple of suction cups were missing, I emailed customer service and replacements were sent immediately, i received them next working day.
