Service: I bought a wooden (Beech) clothes airer to replace a metal and plastic one that had collapsed. It arrived within the promised delivery time and just needed to be erected. A moments work and no tools required. I'm really pleased with my new airer and would recommend it to anyone.

Product CHBE01: Flimsier and more petite than expected. Simply not as thick or sturdy as such dryers of my youth, the swivel bars securing upright and wafer thin and held by just a nail. Not sure how long it will last.

(Have bought concertina wooden clothes horses before from a store I shall not name. They were rickety from the start, and after a few years it was no longer possible to keep repairing them.)

However, living in Italy, I was asked to pay extra €27 taxes at the entrance of my package. I was completely unaware I would have to cover this cost and it would have been nice to know in advance. These taxes are not managed by the company clearly, but it would be good to inform international customers of the taxes they might be requested to pay.
Product CHBE01: This is a really sturdy wooden clothes airer, really well made and so nice to have a natural product. Plenty of space to hang a wash load on and large items; like towels and bed linen. Folds down nice and neat, for easy storage.

Service: Product seems good, checkout was good - delivery was a little slow and it came in a box that was oddly big - not a major issue and everything seems recyclable but none the less, a smaller box might have been more suitable.
Product CHBE01: The item is of aweful quality, splinters everywhere, looks very unfinished and almost dangerous(I have splinters all over my hands affer just trying to unfold it). I was really looking forward to this item but either it came faulty or it's just badly finished. Very unhappy with my purchase and now I will have to deal with swnding it back which I hate. Have expected more from garden trading.

Product CHBE01: The advertised item states that the clothes horse has adjustable heights. I tried to do this and the whole thing collapsed shut on my hand and could have caused serious damage. A warning would have been helpful and necessary if you are purchasing this item.
