Product BRWO05: It's not as well finished as I'd hoped - so could be ideal if you want to paint or stain it to your preferred finish. Kids love it though, so that's a major win.

Product BRWO05: For a relatively expensive price the brush and pan set was disappointing. Looks a bit flimsy and is very light in the hand so does not feel substantial , the metal pan has ripples in it and the brush head has cheap looking fibres. The head brush is also not very generous in the number of fibres.
Service: The service was acceptable. Kept me informed although I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday 30th May. It was not and I did not receive an explanation. It arrived the next day.
Product BRWO05: I have seen practically same on other websites selling for a much much higher price. I really wanted this as difficult to bend and pick up bits not needing hopvering.
Service: I was thrilled with the speed of delivery and the courier was polite as delivered two parcels. THE PACKAGING WAS EXCELLENT and I passed the bubble wrap onto a local charity shop for their use. Items were carefully wrapped and in good order. Certainly will use​ the company again.

Handle did not fit in pan. Required me to shave handle down to fit pan. handle very rough to the touch. Required serious sanding to make smooth. Poor finish. Lack of thought or care. Would have been tricky for an impractical person to sort this out. not impressed.

Although a lot of bubblewrap had been used it had been placed on top of parcel. Glass storage jars had been packed on the bottom and arrived smashed to pieces.
