Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Although a lot of bubblewrap had been used it had been placed on top of parcel. Glass storage jars had been packed on the bottom and arrived smashed to pieces.

Service: I have always loved Garden Trading products so when I went online I only intended to buy the hooks & ended up with lots more! All packed well & arrived quickly. The washing up tidy was slightly dented so a little disappointed and the slate garden signs are lovely except when writing with chalk it is a bit difficult as the signs are small & the chalk is big so you could almost do with pointed chalk like a pencil. Overall very happy.

Service: The slate board wasn't delivered, so I rang Garden Trading and was told that it was out of stock and would be sent. There was nothing on the delivery note to explain this, nor was I sent an email. Not a particularly good impression of the company to a new customer

overall experience ultimately proved to be very poor. very impressive looking products and website. however, delivery proved to be slow and a number of the products where either scratched or split. not to the extent that I would go through the returns process, but to the extent where i will not likely pay a premium price for such items again.
also, please note that i made my 2 purchases through Topcashback.com. Please do not underestimate the negative impact wrongly rejecting a transaction/claim can have. I spent nearly £300 in total and was due nearly £30 back through TCB. to date i have received under £10 of that. for that reason and the one mentioned above i am unlikely to use GT again or recommend other to do the same.

Service: Website not easy to use when purchasing items because when you go back to shopping the last item in basket is removed so therefore I have purchased 2 Ash Shovels instead of one not inclined to do anything about it as I have a bad leg and to keep it raised up for a second week. Delivery very good.
