Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. A lot of plastic packaging though - i'm sure this needs to be looked at a manufacturing level though, as I expect items are bagged way before posing to customer. Doesn't seem necessary for hardwearing wood and metal items.

I had ordered the hearth brush without a dust pan (doh!) - I reported my mistake to customer services who let me order one with free carriage despite it being below the £60 threshold - perfect resolution for everyone!
