Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. I love Garden Trading products and usually buy in the sale. The website is easy to use and the products arrive swiftly.
Only four stars instead of five because I tried to place an order for UK delivery whilst on holiday in Canada and it insisted on pricing for delivery to Canada. Not great for this of us who like to use holidays for a little retail therapy. By the time I was back in the UK the item I wanted was sold out.

Although a lot of bubblewrap had been used it had been placed on top of parcel. Glass storage jars had been packed on the bottom and arrived smashed to pieces.
