Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: Great service. The item I purchased arrived broken and when I rang customer service there was no hesitation in offering to send a replacement with profuse apologies. I had pointed out that the packaging was good but lacking in one small area. My feedback was noted and the replacement came very securely padded and packed.
