Crafted in Vitreous Enamel using traditional techniques onto a tough Japanese Carbon Steel base
Lid is Beech
As the lid is untreated wood, it will stain over time
Fits a standard 250g block of butter
Scratch, chemical and fire-resistant
Not dishwasher safe, wash in hot soapy water
Do not clean with an abrasive sponge
Not microwave safe
Traditional Enamel will chip if knocked or dropped
Beech lid to be lightly washed clean, do not soak in water as this will cause the wood to expand
Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Its fragile and shouldn't be soaked in water!
The label was stuck to the outside if the lid with strong glue, almost impossible to remove!
Service: The butter dish is lovely, however it comes with a label on the outside telling you not to soak the item. This is stuck on with extremely sticky glue that us very difficult to remove. Its left a sticky mark that I cant get off and Im dubious to use a detergent or chemical in case it damages it permanently.

Product BDEN03: Beautiful butter dish that is just the right size for a pat of butter. It is a shame the wooden lid is not sealed in some way as greasy marks from the butter stain it. But I am willing to live with this as I love everything else about it.
Service: Great Products, but arrived with huge quantity of non recyclable packaging which in this day and age is unacceptable. You need to find a way of getting your goods to us without further adding to the climate and ecological crisis.

I ordered several items as a wedding gift and when I unpacked the box noticed one item was damaged. I emailed Customer Services that evening to let them know. The next day after an email and short phone call the damaged item was reordered and delivery was organised within two days.
The person I spoke to was helpful and efficient.
