Standard UK Delivery takes 7-10 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product LBIK03: Quite large to fit in a bag, ok if you want to carry it separately.
Service: My items arrived and are as expected however, delivery was slow, came in two parcels on different days (although dispatched on the same day) and were hugely over packaged in non recyclable plastic which was disappointing. Nice choice of items but I would be reluctant to order again unless steps are taken to reduce plastic packaging.
Product LBIK03: I really like the design :)
Service: Unfortunately, I have a very bad experience with the customer service. They shipped me the wrong size of the item. When I emailed them what happened, it seemed they (Kayleigh Way - customer service) were willing to take the wrong item back and ship me the one I ordered. But after few emails they/she stopped responding and I have no information if and how they want to solve this issue. It´s been almost 2 weeks and several emails with no response since the wrong delivery.
