Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Unfortunately, I have a very bad experience with the customer service. They shipped me the wrong size of the item. When I emailed them what happened, it seemed they (Kayleigh Way - customer service) were willing to take the wrong item back and ship me the one I ordered. But after few emails they/she stopped responding and I have no information if and how they want to solve this issue. It´s been almost 2 weeks and several emails with no response since the wrong delivery.
