Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product CACH01: This is a good size cake tin which holds ample fairy cakes or big cakes without being excessive. I like the air tight lid, so important even though cakes rarely hang around long enough to require storing.

Service: Garden Trading were very prompt to reply to my query when I tried to order online and the delivery charge shown was 3 times higher than it should have been. They were very helpful at resolving this issue and when the cake tin was delivered, some of the paint on the inside had flaked off. They arranged its collection with delivery of a new one for the following day which I was impressed with.

Product CACO01: I have used your products before and was very happy,as you don't do the charcoal range in a biscuit tin i purchased a cake tin hoping it would keep my biscuits fresh but it certainly does not so i have tried to find a seal for the tin but to no avail. If you have any ideas on how to keep the contents fresh i would love to hear from you. Kind Regards Jo Flavin

Service: My purchases arrived promptly and very well packaged. Some of the items were returned for an exchange for the same product due to slanted writing or ill fitting lids. Customer services were very prompt in responding to this, however couldn't reassure me that the replacements would be any different.
