Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product DSGR01: Love this Doorstop, good weight to it, just what I was looking for - only thing I would suggest is that a Black Cord through the stone would be easier for keeping clean and would accentuate the black specks in the stone, just a thought. Great Design and look to it.

Service: Whilst the products I purchased were great the service I received was not. I received a dispatch notification and then a delivery day text. I arranged for someone to be in to receive the parcel only on the morning of delivery for DPD to text saying they had not receive my parcel from Garden Trading. I emailed and GT and turns out it was true. Received apology and explanation/ excuse but no refund of my delivery charges. Very frustrating to have wasted someone else's time and had to pay for the privilege.

Service: I've ordered from you before and always received excellent service so feeling very disappointed this time around. My recent order arrived with an incorrect item ( vintage wall dryer instead of the dryer rack I required) I called to inform you of this mistake and received an email to say it would be delivered today (1st Sep) with a time slot for this afternoon but this morning I've received a text from the delivery company to say they are yet to receive the parcel from you so can't deliver today. Really disappointing as would have liked to think that this mistake would have been prioritised to rectify! My additional bins that were purchased also arrived bent and needed to be reshape so lids would fit them.
