Service: The items were of a high quality and I am happy with them. The delivery service was poor as the parcel was left outside another address ( 63 instead of 83) the residents saw it in their front garden and worked out it was misdelivered and brought it to to my house on a hunch. Not good work by the delivery person.

Product PLWI01: Good site, quick service. But , when buying pots the dimensions are so important. The pots dimension from bottom (as shown on the site) do not match the dimensions at the top. The dimension of the hole is what’s needed. Two pots sent back! Fool me once ... and I bought another - happened twice. Super annoyed.
