Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Sadly we have not been very pleased. We received an email on the day of delivery to tell us the main item we were ordering was not in stock due to an error. I replied immediately asking if our order can be cancelled as we would not have made the small remaining order otherwise and, a week later, have had no response and the other items have already arrived. I would have liked to have known before dispatch about any errors/changes and a choice about the remaining order, as well as a response before now. I do appreciate delays with the pandemic, however. Hopefully we will hear back soon.
Product WPIV01: These are lovely however there are no drainage holes and they are smaller than I had hoped, the medium one only measuring 10.5cm so it was in fact a little small for my plant but the pots themselves are really nice
