Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. You can alter the length of this item should you wish, but it would mean permanently cutting the rope to the desired length.

Service: I was pleased to receive my jute hanging baskets which arrived reasonably quickly despite current circumstances. They now look rather fabulous with trailing plants in my porch and will look even better when the plants have grown a little more! The price was quite reasonable for such a great looking bunch of hangers.

It was too long for my ceiling so had to loop a few times to shorten the length.

Items ordered took a very long time to arrive. I appreciate this will have been impacted by Covid, but still took very long.
One of the pots arrived with one of the cushion pads missing from the bottom. I fixed this myself, as pot itself was rather nice.
Otherwise, pots and water mister ordered were of a decent quality and a good price.
