Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The pots I have received are excellent. As has been the service.
However my feedback is rated as 1 star, as your request for feedback has concerned me that You are not aware I have still not received 1 of the pots I ordered.
Product HPTC02: This is a gorgeous pot, it’s just it’s not really a very good size- I’m struggling to find a medium plant that’s a good fit for the pot.
Service: Lovely products, not too much packaging, prompt delivery. Would have liked the threshold for free delivery to be a little lower.
Product HPTC01: Okay. The feet are a little out of proportion to the body of the pot. The large pot is better.
Service: The products are nice, but the packaging of some items meant they arrived broken. While the customer service were quick to issue a refund (for which I’m grateful) but ideally I would have liked to have received the good that I had ordered intact. I would have preferred a replacement rather than an automatic refund which is where the service levels fall down.
Product HPTC02: Nice 70s style retro pots, but the smaller size has feet that are disproportionate to the main body of the pot (2stars small, 4 stars large)

Product HPTC02: Looks just like the picture and is substantial as you would expect. The glazing is so pretty! Would recommend.
