Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product HBBL02: The shelf is lovely, but came without screws or plugs. The bare minimum.
Service: I received an email notification to let me know that the shelf I wanted was back in stock, and I ordered it on July 24. It arrived on 13 October. The shelf is lovely and exactly what I was after, but it didn't come with any screws or plugs for actually installing it. I can't remember if this was stated on the product page, but it doesn't really matter - it's just bare minimum service, for an item that wasn't inexpensive and took almost 3 months to arrive. Can't say I'm keen to order anything from Garden Trading again.

Product HBBL03: They look good but quality is very poor, especially the wall brackets. It has been put together in a messy way and is very flimsy. Brackets had to be mounted at an angle for the basket to sit straight. Paint chipped off easily. Large one came damaged but company sorted that problem quickly. Would have been good if the nails in same colour of baskets were also provided. The overall look is ok though, the plants take away your eye from the parts you'd like to hide!

The item is not very well made. In order to get one of the supports in place my husband had to file off a piece of metal. It is also disappointing that they come without screws to match the black finish. Fortunately I ordered the shelf for my garage so this wasn’t an issue but would have been if I was using the item indoors.
That said the shelf is exactly what I wanted to store materials above my potting table.
Service: Communication about the order and delivery were well managed. The use of black plastic to wrap the items was not entirely satisfactory as parts of the metal plant supports had broken through or not properly been covered by the wrapping.
Product HBBL03: Good item, made a change from a shelf, used in utility/boot room Found it easy to put up.

Product HBBL01: Wire shelves are a little rustic with brackets not perfectly square and basket arms not level. However as it is rustic it looks okay. No fixings supplied so had to root around to find some in garage during lockdown. Once up look great as in pictures so on the whole pleased with them

Product HBBL01: Looks lovely 😊 be aware the brackets are separate to the basket and was tricky to line them up to take it.

Product HBBL02: The hanging basket shelf I ordered wasn’t packed very well so the shelf arrived with a dent in the metal. I managed to straighten it back out again. The product looked nice, good quality but unfortunately just too deep a shelf for the intended wall space, so I returned it. I would also recommend Garden Trading send this product with wall plugs and screws to fix to the wall. Would only cost them a small price to do that, but just that added level of good customer service.
