Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. This is dependant on the type of wall the shelves are fixed to, and also the wall fixings used.
Unfortunately we are unable to sell the brackets without the wooden shelf.
There is a small marking on the wood, 10cm from the edge on each side, that act as a guide as to where we would suggest attaching the brackets. However those could be brought further out as required (closer to the edges).
The shelf is crafted in Raw Oak.
The depth of the shelf is 22cm. The depth 27.5cm is including the bracket.

The only negative would be they are unfinished so we sanded and waxed the oak ourselves.

Product CBOA02: Received the smaller of the two shelves (i ordered a large and small) the shelf was un sanded and had rough edges and the front of the shelf was actually split. Due to the holes been pre drilled on the item there is only one way the split could have gone and that was to the back. But to be honest i don't expect to pay £20 for anything and it come and need to be sanded and repaired. The brackets did not sit flat on the shelf either so it was pointless & Not worth the money
Service: i contacted garden trading regarding damage to my order and they asked me to send the damaged item back to them for a refund. Pictures have been supplied to them of the damage this is clearly not a re saleable item. To be honest, when im in 12 week isolation due to the covid-19 virus, i think its really irresponsible to ask someone to post a damaged item back for a refund it makes no sense at all.

Service: Our smaller shelf of the two we ordered arrived and the front of the shelf is split in the wood, the holes are pre drilled so its the only way the shelf can go with the front split showing. Really not worth the money to be honest, and didn't come with any fixings either. We await our larger shelf and see how that is
