Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: I purchased two lots of candle stick holders, at the time they were in stock, I chanced order on a few occasions and was told that the system garden trading was using was incorrect, not my problem, I eventually received the order and one set of the candle holders were damaged, I returned them just before Xmas, I have not heard thing since, I would be grateful for an update.
Product CHCT01: I bought these for Christmas Day and they broke as soon as we put a candle in!!! The cement literally crumbled as though it hadn't set properly!!!!!
