Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: The goods are lovely but please do not use DPD as your delivery company . I have had to resort to writing to the chairman as they always leave my parcels on a public road as I have got no where with their customer service

Service: Love the products you sell, have been great at replacing items that have been broken, but I would say that if sending items that are easily broken, packing must be more robust with lots of bubble wrap, great customer service. Do not like the delivery company, if the address is difficult to find, driver will not bother,and my local pickup point is ten miles away.
