Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Good quality pieces, no hassle with ordering and delivery excellent, unfortunately I had to pay for the delivery, I would have had to pay for it even spending over the £80 because of my post code. I live in Scotland and we are still in the union so why do we have to pay for our deliveries. Isn't it time GardenTrading looked at this issue. I know a lot of people who shop elsewhere because of the delivery charges.

Service: We were interested in an item that was out of stock. Appreciated the email notification as soon as it was back in. Purchased the item, service from Garden Trading I can’t fault but the item itself is not the quality I was anticipating sadly.

Service: When the discount code wouldn’t work online, I phoned to place my order & the person who assisted me was friendly & very helpful. I ordered two items which were delivered separately one day apart. In view of climate change etc I would have preferred both parcels to be delivered in one delivery. This sort of thing should be considered by suppliers who send so many items in this way.
