Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: The delivery of my products was a complete fiasco. I was told by your customer services on Friday my delivery wld be between 8-10.30am so my father came to wait. At 9am I had a mail from dpd with a time of 11.54-12.54. My father had to leave and return only for one box to be delivered. When I called your customer services I was told dpd had separated the boxes and the second one wld arrive between 3.30-4.30. I said it had to be nearer to 4pm as no-one wld be at home. It came at 3.30 and was left with my neighbour. It contained 2 tall stools so as you can imagine was quite large and I struggled to get it home.
