Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. The large star coir door mat is really super and I have now bought two more with the added bonus of being given a promo code to discount on delivery for the next item. You know exactly when the delivery is coming to the hour and DPD can leave the product in a safe place.

Service: Overall quite good. Had a slight issue with the delivery as I had paid for a Saturday delivery but the package was scheduled to arrive on the Monday based on the delivery notifications from the courier being used. Garden Trading redeemed themselves however by refunding the delivery charge.
