Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Unfortunately the door grille arrived with a big biff on one corner. I know I could have returned it but I just didnt have time or energy to pack it up again, so have
just turned it round so the dented corner is against the wall. It must have been
dropped from a great height to cause the biff.
