Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The weight limit depends on what type of surface the pegs are fixed on to. On a solid masonry wall we would advise a limit of up to 2 kg, with it being less if the pegs are attached to a cavity wall/door.

Service: Love Garden Trading Products, only dropped a star as their communication isn’t as good as it should be. My pre order was due into the warehouse week of 7th December haven’t heard anything. I appreciate there are nationwide delays however hearing nothing isn’t ever great customer service.

Service: The online ordering was all fine and I am pleased with the product. It wasn’t packed very well. When the delivery company dropped it off I had to ask them to take the packaging away and in the process discovered the bag holding all the bolts and washers had opened and they were spread everywhere from the delivery lorry to my house. This meant I was short a couple, but have managed to put it together without. The product itself is great quality and just as I expected (minus a few bolts)
