Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The height listed in the Specifications section does not include the the handles. Please note that as these baskets are handmade and due to the nature of the natural material used, there may be slight variation in height from basket to basket, but it should not be any more than plus or minus a centimeter.

Fran in customer service was outstanding even when we had some issues with external delivery company making a lot of mistakes (not GTC fault at all). I was sort of embarrassed to contact her for the 4th time to say I'm so sorry courier messed up pick up or courier didn't show up etc etc and she was nothing but helpful, kind and lovely throughout.

Service: Garden Trading service was fine. Their courier DPD was rubbish. It took 4 days of me staying in my house to receive my purchases. They said they came to the house and I wasn't there. I was in. The delivery notes were not left in my mailbox and the photos were of another village. Shockingly poor service. I suggest that you find another courier.
