Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. The size of the gap that the logs rest over is 21cm. This applies to both the small and the large log holder. So a 23cm log should be just right.
This item is due back into stock mid January.
The Small Log Holder is 5.4kg, and the Large is 8kg.
Product LOHO02: Love this log holder but............. it is not very good for the smaller (in length) logs. I believe it should have a third bar going through the middle to stop logs falling through. In the meantime i have put the larger logs at the bottom with a proviso that i cannot use them as I have them there to balance the smaller logs. Otherwise a great product and looks good.
