Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. As these are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, they do not have drainage holes.
Product BUGA06: These are attractive planters and make a bold contemporary statement on any patio, despite the problems mentioned earlier.
Service: Sadly the planters, although made of metal came in boxes together with no packaging so all had scratches and small dents on them. I ordered 5 matching planters, 4 were the same design and 1 was slightly but noticeably different to the others. However delivery was prompt and trouble free.

Service: Sure. The pots were about a week late in delivery. Then only 2 of 3 pots were delivered. When notified, the third pot arrived the next day but was damaged. I sent a photo and a request for a replacement. No one responded for more than a week. I sent two more emails and finally someone responded. And now you’re out of stock. Appalling customer service.

Product BUGA06: These buckets look great, they are very well made, only downside is you have to make your own drainage holes if you are going to use them for plants, other then that they are great.
Service: Excellent service, kept informed throughout. DPD delivered when they said they would and even within the one hour delivery slot.

Product BUGA05: I have given 5 stars for the product, which is lovely and strong. My only criticism is that I feel that all of the products seem to be somewhat overpriced, so this is not a company I am likely to return to. On this occasion I specifically wanted a sturdy steel garden pot, and could not find a suitable alternative elsewhere.

Product BUGA06: Using it as a large coal bucket and so far so good. No dents or chips and looks a darn sight better than the plastic tub we were using.
