Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Ordered a couple of pieces & one of which was an ash bucket.
The parcel was delivered damaged & upon opening found the small steel bucket had been damaged by something very heavy being placed on top of it, can only assume a careless courier was at fault.
I contacted Garden Trading & they immediately sent out a new one.
Found the service excellent & the new bucket turned up within a few days.
Will definitely use them again.
