Standard UK Delivery takes up to 5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. This set is delivered as pictured. The stand is one piece, and does not require being screwed together. The Tools themselves also do not require screwing together.
Unfortunately, the stand is not available to buy separately.

Service: Arrived in good time and really well packaged. The fireside set is very smart and ties in perfectly with our fire. The wood bag is really well made and holds lots of logs and kindling.
Product FSST05: We ordered the fireside tools, along with the log basket, match box cover and firelighters cover. Our first delivery was sent out without the fireside tools but we were not informed of this as the delivery email informed us all of our order was being sent out together. Having chased that up the tools arrived the next day, with some of it poking outside the box. Opening the box up I could see why as this fairly bunch of iron tools was wrapped only in a bin bag, so all the tools had moved around and scratched the base. Another call to customer services was promptly dealt with and a replacement set sent out and the damaged set collected. This set had a bit of extra paper wrapped around it which seemed to do the trick although the finish on the wooden handles of two of the tools was quite rough / poor. But I can't help but think what a waste it is that they do not protect their products in transit.
