Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 7-10 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: Unfortunately very disappointed. Ordered a gift on 20th December to arrive before Christmas (in accordance with the deadline shown on website). Waited in for the delivery only to find out this was not going to arrive until after Christmas. Contacted customer services only to be told that despite the website showing "Last Day for UK Next Day Delivery - Friday 20th December" there was a time deadline of 1pm stated ONLY in the small print, shown separately from the Christmas delivery information. Had this been clear I would NOT have ordered, as it is my husband was left with no gift on Christmas Day. VERY disappointed.
