Service: Not impressed. Littered with emails and marketing to take advantage of the “order by midnight of the 18th for guaranteed Christmas delivery” So I do and guess what....it’s the 27th tomorrow and still not arrived!!

Service: I was very impressed with the service I received. There was an issue with one of my items not being delivered along with the rest of the order and when I sent an email to let them know they did not hesitate to resend the item. I received it the next day! Thank you for your excellent service!

Service: Any other time of the year is probably fast delivery its December 21st and ive still not recieved gift voucher so now I have to tell my sister for birthday gift will be late and couldn't find gift voucher on website had to Google it to find the page!
Product GV25: I have no idea what the voucher looks like and if it will be worth the (to date) 15+ day wait (ordered 4 Dec, still not arrived 19 Dec despite assurances on live chat it would be despatched in five days). I bought it because I thought it would make a nicer gift than a forwarded email or computer print-out. At the moment it doesn't matter how pretty it is going to be as it is has now missed the date for which was needed. Fingers crossed it might turn up sometime this month.
Service: I love Garden Trading (both its products and its service) but on this occasion it's been a massive let down. Prior to ordering I did a 'live chat' as (1) lockdown/covid has had such an impact on all businesses and (2) there was negative feedback here on GT's site about the length of time taken to receive gift vouchers. On 4 Dec, immediately after being assured that vouchers would be posted out within five days I placed my order. On 12 Dec, I got a mail saying they had just been despatched. On 19 Dec, I am asked for feedback and I still haven't received them. I have no choice but to leave negative feedback as in the first instance I was given false information and so far they have (literally) failed to deliver.
Product GV40: No idea, haven't received! As mentioned previously, due to shortage of envelopes!
Service: 4 gift cards ordered online 7/12 - needed for 19/12. Not received, when I telephoned to chase I was informed you had run out of envelopes!!!!!!!!! So a delay - could you not have purchased some somewhere??? Rather a long time to wait for something being POSTED, it's hardly a parcel. I now have to try to find replacements as these were part of a gift to be handed over today!!

Service: Well the product still hasn't arrived, 7 days later, and today it is my dads birthday, who the gift was for. Extremely disappointed.

Service: Very good and responsive customer service, there was a slight bit of damage during delivery, when I called them they were very apologetic and had a replacement item at my door within less than 24 hours.
