Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product RBPL01S: They look smart and contemporary without being too sterile. But each pot arrived in a box which was packed in a second large box with 8 foam corners. The note said I could return the packaging in the enclosed bag - but 32 foam corners don't fit in a small bag! I called up and asked for two DPD labels. I received one. I offered the foam corners on Nextdoor but nobody was interested. It felt wrong to throw them away. Finally I trekked off to the Post Office with one box full and to a local shop (DPD) with the second box full. this all took up A LOT of my time. In the same week I ordered from another shop that used recyclable paper and cardboard packaging along with compostable maize starch beads. Surely Garden Trading can use something similar? IKEA does.

Product RBPL01S: Love, love, love! This is exactly the shape and colour I wanted for my indoor kentia palm. I had wondered if they would look a bit cheap and plasticy but the fibreglass is very solid and heavy. Super stylish and massively cheaper than another place that stocked this style.
Service: Great service, items came quickly and the quality was just as expected. Lots of packaging but I suppose that’s needed and I love the fact you can send back some of it for free to be reused! I’ve never seen that before and I just wish you could do that with all the packaging!
