You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Product PLOR01: Lovely plant stand and just what I wanted. Paint a little sparse in places where you can see the actual wood colour and a split where it had been screwed together but still looks great.
Service: Good quick service and lovely plant stand. This is the second plant stand from Garden Trading and I have to say the packaging is extremely poor. Just a flimsy box barely taped together in both cases with no protection inside the box and both plant stands had complete come through the box on delivery. I’m just amazed there wasn’t more damage to the actual item.
