Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. These have not been tested for any other use than floor planters, so unfortunately we would not be able to advise on this.

Product BTPL02L: The pots are lovely just let down by the delivery due to Garden Trading not putting my address on the parcel!
Service: My pots were delivered on a huge truck, I live in a very small windy lane and I might have reconsidered delivery if I’d known a big pallet truck was bringing the items. I’m also surprised the items made it to my house seeing as my house name was not on the parcel, only the name of the road so I was lucky the truck driver was able to track the parcel to the right address and I have checked my order and my house name was on the order so I’m not sure what went wrong!

Service: I now have four of these lovely Bathford troughs which look fab planted with evergreens. Delivery was swift too. Only minor gripe is the packaging, about 20% of which is unrecyclable polystyrene (even if it’s now wrapped in polythene to stop it shedding). Garden Trading - please find an alternative!

When I asked about it I didn't receive an apology but told it was always on it's way-a note to say they were in stock now would have been polite. Asked to recycle packaging but only one bag which didn't fit it all and no labels to send it back.

Service: The goods were excellent as was the delivery. My issue is with the packaging which is allegedly recyclable but which my council will not accept on the grounds that it contains polysterene.Inow have a huge cardboard box filled with blocks which I cannot dispose of,.

Service: I’m afraid the packaging of my order was awful - two plant pots were wrapped only in tissue and a bit of brown paper and so arrived totally destroyed. Replacements were promised but I’ve still not received them. Pretty poor really, a bit of common sense from whoever was packing the items would have told them it wasn’t sufficient to protect the pots in transit.
