Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Yes, the trough has pre-drilled drainage holes.
These have not been tested for any other use than floor planters, so unfortunately we would not be able to advise on this.

Product BTPL02S: Goods brliiant but van't recycle packaging
Service: The goods were excellent as was the delivery. My issue is with the packaging which is allegedly recyclable but which my council will not accept on the grounds that it contains polysterene.Inow have a huge cardboard box filled with blocks which I cannot dispose of,.
Product BTPL02S: I already had some of these troughs, they’re great and look stylish at the front of the house.
Service: I’m afraid the packaging of my order was awful - two plant pots were wrapped only in tissue and a bit of brown paper and so arrived totally destroyed. Replacements were promised but I’ve still not received them. Pretty poor really, a bit of common sense from whoever was packing the items would have told them it wasn’t sufficient to protect the pots in transit.

Fast delivery, and nice product.
The item was a plant trough with two drilled holes in the bottom, one of which was split, creating a jagged hole far bigger than the small round hole intended. It's too much hassle to send back as the item is too big, so I'll live with it, but I would have liked it to be perfect (especially as it wasn't cheap)

Service: Planters when received were excellent and just as I'd hoped. Delivery information and timing was not so good with conflicting information given and needing phone calls from me.

The delivery men struggled to access my property ( big lorry, small road ) but despite the difficulty we're cheerful and happy to unpack the goods in order for me to inspect them before they departed. Loved the troughs and planter I bought, very good quality and price! I will be ordering more. Service was excellent too, I was advised every step of the way and they used a courier that advises a time slot so you can make sure you are in,or gives you a chance to change to a more convenient time.
