Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product BACA01: I love this bag, I love the look. very sturdy and made from quality materials, even the handles. I use it as a handbag. Yet I do wish it was a third bigger, it’s disappointingly too small. Even to hold picked apples it’s way too small ! If they made it 2 sizes bigger - happy days. Only reason I gave it 4 stars, everything else is perfect.
