Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product GSSS01: More than just a pair of scissors, I love the design
Service: When my order was delivered on Friday 5th March, despite the substantial packaging, one of the pots was broken. Also the ball of string and holder was missing. I phoned customer services and they did what customer services are supposed to do. They apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent. That arrived today Wednesday 8th. That’s pretty good service and I shall be ordering from them again

Service: The items were of a high quality and I am happy with them. The delivery service was poor as the parcel was left outside another address ( 63 instead of 83) the residents saw it in their front garden and worked out it was misdelivered and brought it to to my house on a hunch. Not good work by the delivery person.
